Hartlepool is one famous town of England and there are many major attractions around the place. Hartlepool itself is a place where one would fall in love with nature. The famous English port Thomas Gray found his inspiration here in this place called Hartlepool. Situated right beside the North Sea, Hartlepool is a famous as well as beautiful port town and has been a huge attraction because of the Hartlepool Abbey.

Today there is the St. Hilda church which tourists found to be a favorite haunt. For those who are interested in history it is the West Hartlepool War Memorial that appears to be the most attractive spot of Hartlepool. There are beaches like the Seaton Carew Beach which attracts visitors and tourists to the town. There is the Museum of Hartlepool which is a major attraction of the place for sure. For those who are looking for entertainment and shopping there is the Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre, the Cameron’s Brewery – Visitor’s Center, the navigation point, Church Street, Marina, Borough Hall, the Mill House Leisure Center and many other centers where one can go.

Fishing and golf are the major attractions of Hartlepool and in the year 2010 Hartlepool is going to welcome about 125 tall ships as the place has been chosen for the Tall Ships’ Races.
